Attorney Fees & Costs

You will be charged on a contingency basis upon a percentage of your recovery. No recovery no fee. I will advance all of the costs involved which includes medical documentation, and expert witnesses if a trial is required. Ohio Law does require that I be reimbursed these expenses at the time of a successful recovery.
